He started his career with HSBC Branch banking in India in 2006 and then joined Genpact in 2007. He moved to McKinsey & Company as an analyst in 2008 and worked there till 2012. Here he worked on multiple functional areas including growth strategy, geographic expansion and crisis management for large clients. Afterwards, he joined Crisil Analytics as the Team Leader of their technology team and served German industrial conglomerate in business intelligence for a year. He then started working as an independent consultant and helped a pharma company realize savings of US$ 600,000 a year. In 2014, he joined Ashok Alexander, an ex McKinsey Director and helped him set up a public health venture named Antara from scratch.
